2. Finalization of budget

a. Youth outreach proposal -- reservation of funds to enable possible implementation of a grant program directed at expanding youth membership

b. Pro tournament -- reservation of funds to enable possible implementation of professional tournament during NAMT sabbatical year

3. Receipt of the "Report of the Governance Committee re Conflict of Interest Policy"

Discussion of report on conflict-of-interest policy submitted by the Governance and Policy Committee.
