(unofficial) American Go E-Journal archive

The American Go Association has published the American Go E-Journal weekly by email since April 24, 2000. It typically contains go-related news, announcements of tournaments and other events, reviews, etc. The Games edition includes game analysis and other instructional material in sgf and pdf format (generally excluded from this archive of the AGEJ Public Edition, since the game records are a benefit of AGA membership).

Material published in American Go E-Journal may be reproduced by any recipient; please credit the AGEJ as the source. You can sign up to receive American Go E-Journal at the American Go Association. AGA membership is encouraged and appreciated, but not required (except for the additional material in the "Games Edition"). You can sign up for the Games Edition -- just $20 a year -- (select "Games Edition").

• The AGA website lists some English-language reading matter, films, etc., including a few files for free download; there's also a good list of internet go resources, and an alphabetical index of AGEJ reader reviews, covering 2001. (There's too much other interesting stuff there for me to list.)
• The San Francisco Go Club maintains a text archive of the AGEJ (often updated quicker than this one), plus their own newsletter (in PDF).
• The British Go Association keeps an archive of "Online Go" by Terri Schurter, plus their own current British Go E-News and archived BGA Ejournal. Bill Cobb's The Empty Board column is archived at Slate and Shell.
